Applications can be submitted at any time. They are not pre-approved and will be kept on file for one year. If you have an application on file and a dog you are interested in becomes available, please contact WWDR requesting to be considered. Adoption fees for one dog range from $300 to $600, depending on the age of the dog. All fields are mandatory. If a question does not apply, please enter ‘N/A’. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
