It’s official! Eddie, came to WWDR a frightened, insecure little dog, but through the hard work and loving care of his foster family he gained his footing…and now he has blossomed right into his forever home with Gene and Cecilia. Changes, even good ones, can be hard on rescue pups, and he was still a timid boy when they started their trial period together. But Gene and Cecilia say he’s becoming more comfortable every day and settling in just fine. His favourite spot in the house is his blanket fort on the couch, and he likes to nap to the sound of Gene playing his bagpipes. He loves his daily walks on the trails around the nearby Ducks Unlimited ponds. As the weather warms up, his family looks forward to helping Eddie gain more confidence, meet new people, and make new dog friends. Please join us in congratulating Eddie, Gene, & Cecilia!
